    I’ve been working with jess for almost two years now. I have always been into fitness for most of my life. I have had many personal trainers and have even competed twice. Over the years I have battled body dysmorphia and many eating disorders since I was a teenager. No matter what route I took it was always extreme and I still at the end of the day was never fully happy with where I was physically and mentally. Then, I met jess and I can honestly and wholeheartedly say she has changed my life and has impacted it more than she ever gives herself credit for. My mindset has completely changed and I no longer feel I NEED to workout but WANT to. She’s made me realize I don’t need to train 6 days a week with endless amounts of cardio and sometimes less is more. She has given me the confidence I always wanted but never had and I have truly never looked or felt better. Jess has become more than my trainer.     Jess is the personal trainer you NEED in your fitness journey. I started with Jess in July of 2021. This was when I was the heaviest I have ever been. I had that athletic build but I had given up on myself and had no confidence. It is now January 2023… I am in the best shape of my life and I say that with confidence! Jess has changed the way I view myself and has made me so much stronger mentally and physically. I have lost a total of 35 pounds and have gained lots of muscle and toned up my body! Jess is constantly pushing me to do my best and make every rep count! What makes Jess different than other fitness trainers is she’s not just there for you during your scheduled sessions, She’s always there. Always there pushing you to make sure you’re hitting your goals, hitting your macros, and taking care of yourself in and out of the gym. Jess always has such a huge smile on her face when you walk in the door, ready to see you crush your workout. For the longest time, I struggled with hip-hinging movements, Jess and I have been practicing my mobility and form for months on end and now I can happily say I am able to do certain exercises without any pain and have great form! This is all because Jess takes the time to break down certain exercises or helps to find an alternative movement. I highly recommend Jess she has seriously impacted every aspect of my life and I am forever grateful.

    I have been working with Jess for almost 5 months now and I have seen significant changes in my ability to control my eating habits, workout schedule, motivation, body image, and determination to succeed!! With a crazy work schedule, I am able to easily schedule my own training sessions and work with Jess whenever I have availability. Jess has taught me how to eat mindfully and intuitively, while also never restricting myself. I have never had as much control over my eating habits as I do now and that is all because of Jess!! During sessions with Jess, she always pushes and motivates me to keep going if I am having a rough day and that is what keeps me going. The workout splits I have completed and continue to do have made such a difference in my body composition, as well as my overall strength and body image!! I am able to lift heavy consistently, while also seeing those consistent changes in my body. Prior to working with Jess, I was afraid of the gym, eating less than 1500 calories, and didn’t know how successful I could be with the right instructions. Today, I am eager to go to ANY gym, eating almost 2500 calories daily (happily), and killing all of my workouts :)

    JDMfit has impacted every aspect of my life. I started 1:1 with Jess in July 2022 after being a “self-taught” fitness junkie for most of my life. I came to the table with a lot of bad habits and bad form. Jess has never been anything but patient, kind, and understanding with her training. If there is ever an exercise I struggle with, Jess always finds an alternative move or takes time to thoroughly explain the movement. Beyond the 1:1s, her online program has made me stronger than I could have imagined. Each program is expertly crafted and the trainee is encouraged to reach out to Jess for any and all question any time, any day. Jess makes sure you are comfortable and reminds you that form is everything! Her nutrition coaching has made me so much more comfortable in my own skin.     I’ve been with Jess since the fall of 2021 after leaving another trainer who made me feel like nothing I did was good enough. Coming to Jess was like a literal breath of fresh air. She made me feel good about myself even in my hardest moments throughout my time with her. My weight has always fluctuated, but Jess has always pushed me to keep going. She understands that not every day is a good day and you NEED that in a trainer. I came to her not knowing how to properly lift or do the most basic exercise, but she starts from zero to make sure you’re mentally and physically okay. And let me tell you, she will get you to a point where you didn’t think you could go! She genuinely wants you to be your best self and feel good in the body you are in. I definitely have my moments where I want to give up and stay in bed on some of the days I see her, but I know going and getting in that workout with Jess will always be worth it once you finish. I recommend her to absolutely everyone. She treats you more than “just a client” and she loves what she does. You don’t always find that in a trainer!

    I’ve had a gym membership for some time now and I would always try and find a routine to stay consistent with but would end up always “restarting” and not staying consistent. 2022 was a tough year for me and I went through some weight loss, which came with muscle loss as well. One of my goals this year was to improve my overall health, and physique, and build discipline/consistency. I’ve been following Jess on Instagram for some time now and I’ve always wanted to reach out for help on my journey, which I finally did in January 2023. All I can say is that Jess is an amazing trainer who has helped me build a great gym routine, stay consistent, and pushed me to reach weight lifting goals in 6 weeks than I have pushed myself in months. In addition, she makes me feel like I’m not alone through this and always lets me know I can reach out to her at any point. I just finished my first online program with Jess and already looking forward to starting another!     I started training with Jess in December 2021, when I reached out to her I just wanted to get more toned and stronger for work purposes. In the beginning, I just did in-person training where Jess went over every workout in depth and showed me the proper way to lift, as months went on I started the online program with Jess alongside the in-person training and that was when I started noticing some change in my body I never thought was possible. I then started nutrition with Jess and that was life-changing, I started eating around 900 calories a day to now eating 3000 calories and it’s showing as my muscle is growing from all the hard work and dedication Jess has given. I swear by Jess if anyone asks I say to go to Jess not only does she know exactly what she’s talking about but she is always the sweetest and most amazing person inside. She is always going to push you to your best and always be by your side during your fitness journey.

    If you are looking for a trainer that will make a program that’s meant for you and not just a “one size fits all” you are looking at the right person. I started with Jess in June of 2022. I was originally enrolled in a group fitness gym that specialized in HIIT which I quickly realized wasn’t my cup of tea. Once I learned about Jess and strength training I switched over and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in regard to my health and fitness. She went over the importance of proper form before heavy lifting. If I couldn’t understand how to do an exercise she worked with me to get it and if I just couldn’t get it she would change my program to better fit me. She has helped me grow both mentally and physically and also helped with my anxiety in the gym. I just signed up for nutrition counseling with her and I can’t wait to further my fitness goals with her.

    I started working out with Jess in May 2021 until February 2022 and now I am back. I took a break to have my baby girl. Although I won’t be doing in-person training with her anymore since I moved, I am doing the online program, which just goes to show she is a great trainer since I refuse to find someone else even 3hrs away. When I first started I had no idea what I was doing and after a couple of months, I was lifting more and more. I was the strongest and most fit I had ever been. Looking at my transformation photos I was in shock. In order for me to succeed Jess went over every workout with me in depth and really focused on form more than anything to build a solid foundation.     When I first started with Jess I had been struggling with my weight for many years. I have been anorexic and overweight. I have worked with other nutritionists that had me eating 1000 calories a day and training 4 times a week. I got to the point that my overall health was being compromised and my training was suffering. I was obsessed with the scale and not my overall health. When I started working with Jess she was so patient and worked slowly to get me eating in a healthy range. Now that I have been with Jess for several months, I have a more healthy outlook on food and I have never been stronger. I can’t thank Jess enough for her patience and expertise.     I started working with Jess in Sept 2022. My goals were to lose weight but become leaner and stronger. I also had to work on my nutrition because I had put my body into starvation mode from eating such a low amount of calories. Jess has helped me get back to lifting weights I was able to use before my injury in such a short amount of time.
